Rental Policies

Terms and Conditions:

1. The renter agrees to use the rented bicycle responsibly from the moment of receipt and is accountable for its care and preservation.
2. All risks and liability related to the destruction, loss, theft, damage, or premature wear of the bicycle due to improper use by the renter will be borne by the renter.
3. In the event of theft, the renter must notify the police and compensate the owner for the bicycle's value as stated in clause 1.1.
4. The renter must return the bicycle in the same condition and with the same components as at the start of the rental period. The bicycle must be returned without defects (e.g., no scratches, breaks, dents, etc.). If the bicycle is returned with any damage, the renter is responsible for covering the repair costs.
5. The owner commits to providing the renter with a bicycle that is in good working condition, fully assembled, and free from any visible or hidden defects.
6. The rental agreement becomes valid once the payment for the service is made.
7. The parties are liable for any failure to perform or improper performance of the agreement as stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
8. Any disputes arising from the execution of this agreement will be resolved through mutual negotiation.
9. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in court according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
